Bellevue Palace

Great, and the service was excellent too.

This is an old-money luxury hotel. Wealthy Swiss people specifically come here for lunch. The service is exceptional; they're incredibly responsive, helpful, and super enthusiastic. The rooms are spacious enough, and the location in the old town is very close to the clock tower, just a 10-minute walk to the train station.

This hotel, with its classic European old-world charm, is situated in the old town right by the Aare River. It's just a 200-meter walk to the Zytglogge (Clock Tower) and the old street. The Bear Park isn't far either (and if you keep going, you'll reach the Rose Garden).

The Bellevue Palace in Bern, while a bit older, boasts an exceptional location very close to Bern's Old Town, with beautiful views from the windows. It truly lives up to its reputation as a luxurious five-star hotel; the service is outstanding, and the attention to detail is superb.

Great! 👍 Would be perfect if the room was a bit bigger. 😍 Perfect location! 😍

This hotel truly lives up to its 5-star rating, both in its grandeur and the excellent service provided by the staff. The bathtub, shower, and amenities were all top-notch, and the room itself was wonderfully spacious. While it's a bit far from the station, the availability of trams and taxis makes it quite convenient.

No air conditioning, it was too hot.
