Really nice staff, lovely renovated. BUT we had a hard time during summer because it got very hot in our room and almost nothing to cool it down.

The room size is average for Switzerland. There's no air conditioning, but it's not needed as the weather is very cool. It's also very close to the metro station, making it convenient for transportation.

The breakfast was delicious. They have a great garden to relax.

Good location but poor facilities for the price

Excellent. A hotel nestled in a quiet corner, with convenient transportation nearby. A free room upgrade was provided. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast.

It's a 10-minute walk from the train station, and the breakfast is great!

It's a little far from the old town, but you can get there quickly by tram or bus. A free QR code for city transportation is sent the day before your stay. It was clean and relaxing.

It's a decent hotel, clean, if a little shabby. Reception is closed after 10 p.m., but if you give them notice, they'll give you a door code and a safe code for your room keys.

The only amenities provided are hand soap (although it says it can be used as body soap and shampoo), so you'll need to bring your own. Tram 3A is closer to the hotel from the station. Note that both Bus 10 and Tram 3A are a little far from the station. I received an email about a free ticket for the city of Bern the day before. I downloaded the app. It was very good. Note that there is no fridge, kettle, coffee or anything else. There is a Coop about a 5-minute walk away.

Very clean, one day I went out late and missed the staff's time to tidy up the room. But when I went back to the room at night, the room had been tidied up. It must be that the young lady found that I left after tidying up all the rooms on the same floor, so she went in to tidy up. Very considerate and awesome. The room is also large, bright and comfortable, and the facilities are very new. I will choose to stay here again when I come to Bern!
