The room facilities are complete, the location is great, the environment is beautiful, and the service is excellent. They also offer luggage storage, and the breakfast is abundant. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel in a central location in Bern. Clean and modern rooms, friendly service. Ideal for a short couple's trip.

The family room was incredibly spacious, even the bathroom was huge, which was a pleasant surprise because hotel rooms in Zurich, Lucerne, and Interlaken tend to be quite small. The hotel's location is very close to the train station, which is large with many exits. The exit closest to the hotel is just a three to four-minute walk away, though on my first visit, I got a bit lost and took a roundabout route. It's a good idea to ask the hotel staff for the best directions in advance. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The downside is that the mattress on the sofa bed was too soft after it was unfolded. It's fine for one night, but sleeping on it for longer would definitely cause back pain. This hotel is suitable for those staying one night while exploring Bern.

This Eurostars hotel is the most comfortable one I've stayed at. The room was quite spacious for Swiss standards, and I especially want to commend the bedding and bed size – it was super big, easily accommodating a family of three. I fell asleep instantly. Highly recommended! The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the train station. Playing in front of the town hall was also my child's favorite activity. It's very quiet. The salads at the nearby supermarket are exceptionally delicious. In short, I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Switzerland.
