Los Lorentes Residences

I had a very pleasant stay at Los Lorentes Residences in Bern. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient experience. The free luggage storage service was a great help. Before check-in, the hotel allowed us to leave our luggage there, and the staff even helped place our bags directly in our room, which was very thoughtful. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious. The kitchen was a big advantage, with most basic cookware and utensils provided, making it easy to prepare simple meals. The location was also excellent, with a large Aldi supermarket right next door and a bus stop nearby, making it convenient to reach Bern train station and explore the city. The Bern local transportation card provided by the hotel was also a nice bonus. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, which made the room a little warm on hot days. However, this was a minor issue compared with the overall comfort and convenience. Overall, Los Lorentes Residences is a great choice for staying in Bern. I enjoyed my stay and would happily consider coming back again.

Dirty floors and not clean properly

Pros: Clean and modern, convenient access to public transport, good value, kitchenette available, and having two supermarkets nearby makes cooking very convenient. Cons: Not in the old town, self check-in system.

The hotel itself is cozy and clean. The staff is on site is only limited time, however there is housekeeping service. The kitchen in the room is very convenient and fully equipped. My main problem was the location. I didn't expect it was in a quite isolated zone. However there is a supermarket just 100 meters from the hotel. Also there is a nice park nearby.

I absolutely loved my stay at Los Lorentes Residences Bern City! The apartment was modern, beautifully furnished, and incredibly clean. Having a fully equipped in-room kitchenette made self-catering a breeze, which is a massive plus for saving money.The location is ideal—it sits in a quiet area right next to nature paths like the Bremgarten forest, yet the city center is just a short 7-minute bus ride away. There is even a bus stop directly across the street and an Aldi grocery store nearby for quick shopping. The automated 24/7 self-check-in went smoothly, and the rooftop terrace was the perfect place to unwind in the evenings. I will absolutely be staying here again next time I'm in Bern!
