Stayed here for one night with my 15yr old son whilst visiting my parents. Great warm welcome from reception staff. Room was spotlessly clean and smelt very fresh. Lovely and spacious. Extra pillows if needed on top of wardrobe. Bathroom was immaculate with lovely fresh clean towels for us both. Great shower and bath in room. Great selection beverages and at last a decent size cup. We had a great nights sleep. No outside or inside noise even though hotel was quite busy.

Stayed two nights. Friendly and helpful staff, spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Corridors and public areas look tired in places and there are marks on walls and skirtings where things have been bashed. A little bit of tlc needed. Apart from that was very happy with my two-night stay.

We have stayed in Berwick Travel Lodge, many times over the years, and have always found the Lodge spotlessly clean. Welcoming, friendly staff greeted us on arrival, and also enquired how we had found everything during our stay.

A calm and pleasant stay. Warm and welcoming staff members. Free parking . Very affordable. Comfortable and cozy room. Clean and tidy rooms , clean and tidy toilets.

The room is basic but it's big and clean. The towels they provided are nice and white if you need more you just ask. Tea, coffee milk all in your room and again they have no problem giving you more. Staff are loverly people very helpful.

Whole building was cold and the bed was uncomfortable. Surprised that they allow dogs as the one close to us kept barking which was very annoying. Will probably not use again. Is convenient for Morrisons cafe (next door) and other retail outlets close by.

After having no power at home for two full days due to recent storm, booked an overnight stay for myself and my dog. Cold and weary arrived at hotel and met with very warm welcome from lady at the desk. Our room was clean, cosy and very comfortable. Tea/coffee, working kettle and a hairdryer from reception…hot water for a bath and electricity to charge all my gadgets…fantastic! Within an hour I felt human again and delighted to have my dog with me to indulge in the hospitality☺️. Staff were so lovely and kind and I felt so much better after my overnight stay…many thanks ☺️🐾
