Premier Inn Berwick Upon Tweed Hotel

The hotel was handy to all we needed and has a good restaurant.

Very good 2 night stay.Clean room,excellent staff(very polite and attentive).Good location.

The best premier inn we have ever stayed in it was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, thanks to the chef. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and were very friendly and helpful. I heard them with other customers as well and they were exactly the same with them. We were checked in by Julia, what a lovely lady, couldn’t do enough for us and she was very friendly and helpful. Thankyou for an enjoyable stay, we would come back in a heartbeat.

The bathroom was one of the worst I've ever seen. Needed a really really good clean. The bed or famous Premier Inn mattresses not this one.The squeakiest ever. Think this is where they send the ones that died in their other hotels. Good location though, apart from the building/ renovation work going on over the road. But that can't be helped. Unfortunately I'd forgotten my phone so no pictures of the black mold, sorry. Ha ha.

A quick single night stay. The staff were excellent. The air conditioning in my room was working, which was an added benefit compared to some earlier reviews. Breakfast was OK too. But both lifts weren't working, so I had to tramp up to the top floor. I was OK with that, but others may not be, but I hope that's a temporary problem. If not for the lifts it would be a 5 star review. The location is very convenient for exploring the town and there are great pubs and eating places close by.

Ros & zander outstanding food cleanness of the entire hotel made to feel welcome excellent quality five star in my eyes

My first time in this Premier Inn and it was certainly better than some I’ve stayed in. The location is good and the staff very helpful and friendly.

Had a lovely breakfast, Julia at the desk was especially helpful, made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Was very friendly, couldn’t ask for a better experience
