The location is great, but breakfast could have better varieties

Hotel with great location, next to Lake and ferry terminal. During checkin the receptions took IDs and told to come later to get them back which is unacceptable. Also no information on additional access to pool, had to ask myself after finding on the hotel website. Lot of bars and restaurants even in the same building. Tasty breakfasts, the best crossaints I had in Stresa. The downside is also poor maintenance of rooms, slow WiFi, AC control panel was very old and simply AC wasn't working. Bed very soft which is uncomfortable and unhealthy. If the price is attractive I would stay again but the standard is similar to 2 star hotels nearby.

The dining environment for breakfast is great. The location is right next to the airport bus station. It is very convenient. It faces the lake and has a good view. The hotel staff are very kind and have a good service attitude.

Отель довольно уставший, видывал и лучшие времена. Утюг почему-то дают за отдельную плату, ссылаются на какой-то указ. Хотя нигде больше в Италии, в этом путешествии такого не было.
Положительных факторов было три: местоположение, русскоговорящий администратор, которая нам очень помогла своими советами. Спасибо ей отдельное!
И завтрак - очень, очень вкусный!
