Hotel is nice but dated. My biggest issue was the very heavy perfume smell in the lobby. There is some kind of air freshener used that would literally take my breath every time I went through the lobby.

Late getting rooms ready Checked in early through the app. I arrived at 4pm and there were no rooms cleaned. There was a line of people waiting on their rooms as well. They didn’t offer any compensation for their lateness. Room was ready around 5pm. Bed wasn’t that comfortable. Free breakfast that was included was descent but not worth it. Valet parking staff was amazing!

This is a great hotel attached to the mall. We had a great stay with two teenagers. The only thing was that around 11pm there were young kids running up and down the halls and knocking on the doors.

The charge for parking and there are no washers and dryers. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke.

It was nice and convenient but could have stood a little more cleaning in the bathroom, one of the lamps flickered when it was on and it was hot in the room! Set the thermostat as low as it would go (65°) and it never got cold

Staff was friendly but walls were very thin so it was noisy all night long. Was not prepared to pay $22 for parking.
