Good first: Check in and parking was very good, room was nice and clean. Common areas were very nice and clean. Staff I met were all very nice. Overall more positives than negatives. Bad: Breakfast was so-so. Eggs were overcooked and dry, juice machine only had water available. A bottle of cranberry juice and a flask of milk in the fridge. This hotel is located right next to busy route 78. The HVAC unit in the room does not give the option of running the fan all the time for a sound blocker, so there is highway noise on that side of the hotel (where I was located). If noise bothers you make sure you have a room on the front of the building.

A short American breakfast is available at the University of Lehigh.

First and second shift always makes sure I’m taken care of, love Stacy and Roman, the house keeping always makes a point to check and make sure I’m set up. My only complaint comes with the third shift staff that works some nights, I believe their name is Sam, I’ve found him sleeping twice and have had other guests mention it to me. He’s also had attitude with me several times when I’ve walked up to the desk. But everyone else is amazing and super helpful.

Most things were great. Location is good, easy to get to, very close to Wind Creek ******. It's very nice having the kitchen and full size refrigerator, even for just a couple of days. The room was comfortable and clean. Noisy neighbors upstairs, but that's life. The ”cupboard” they have seems nice and convenient, but the prices are above minibar prices. $4 for water, $4 for a candy bar, $2.75 for a brown banana. Plan on bringing in your own snacks and you'll be fine.

I reserved the hotel online and when I got there to check in there were a ton of extra fees, totaling almost $80 more than what I was quoted. Parking is extra for each day. You park in a garage across the street and they validate the ticket but tell you to try and only validate one ticket per day. The tv was old and wouldn’t connect to the internet and had limited cable channels. I thought the lights in the bathroom was broken but it just took five seconds to turn on each time. Overall I left feeling like I had been scammed due to all the extra fees.

Not bad, can

I do not recommend this property. The room was not clean. The desk chair and sofa had stains all over them. I did not dare open the fridgerator or the cabinets and the kitchenette for fear of what I might find. The bathroom shower had mold stains. The water pressure was very low and the shower head did not work to change the spray to a different type allowing for better pressure. All corners of the room looked like they had never been cleaned. The king bed had two small pillows and the linens looked like somebody had already slept on them. All of the lampshades in the room look like they had not been cleaned for ages. Two of the four lamps did not even work. Much of the hotel clientele look like they live here. Lots of people smoking in areas where they should not be. The hallways were filthy with linens and towels piled up at the end near housekeeping. There are no USB charging ports in the room. I had to rotate all of my technology between the one USB plug that I packed. The Wi-Fi is also a bit spotty. I did not feel very safe at this hotel. I was so thankful I was only here one night for business travel. I always read reviews before I book anywhere. However, in this instance I booked without doing so due to having to make an urgent business trip. I won’t make the same mistake again.
