We loved this hotel. It is located just outside the city walls - a very short walk and you can see the mountains in the distance (snow covered in March) as you walk. We had a living/dining area with stove, sink, frig, coffee-maker tea pot etc. There was a separate bedroom. Excellent bathroom Lots of windows so all rooms were bright. It was very cold and windy outside but the rooms were well heated. Loved the views form the windows. The ceilings have wooden beams and our bedroom had a lovely painted ceiling. Bed comfortable. Gianluca was an excellent host. he was always there. The yard is very large and was just beginning to show signs of spring. It would be lovely in spring and summer. We didn't have breakfast in but it was offered. We preferred to walk into the city where we found a local cafe.

Beautiful and well-kept structure. Apartment composed of a living room with a perfectly equipped kitchenette, a comfortable bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Well heated. Enclosed space for our little dog. Breakfast served in the room with punctuality and courtesy. Waking up in front of a beautiful, well-kept green lawn is relaxing and pleasant. Valuable information on the area from the manager, a friendly, helpful and discreet person.

Warm, clean and welcoming, Gianluca very friendly and helpful but the structure is dated and the bathrooms need to be renovated. The kitchen without basic necessities (not even a tea/coffee bag), the bathroom with just 2 bars of soap and two shower shampoo sachets).

Residenza Porta Guelfa, a very beautiful structure, a residence surrounded by greenery, a few meters walk for fantastic walks from the center of Bevagna. The location is excellent for reaching the villages and the most well-known Umbrian cities (Assisi, Perugia, Foligno, Rasiglia, Montefalco, Spello etc.). The rooms, spotless, spacious and with very comfortable beds, double bedroom bed with topper, Sky present (always in the bedroom), living room entrance with sofa bed (also very comfortable) and very comfortable kitchenette for cooking, kettle and coffee machine coffee, minibar, all in one cabinet. They both overlook the well-kept garden with lots of greenery. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful and with a choice of a 5-pan menu (sweet and savory). Choice of tea, milk, coffee, juice, croissant (chocolate, custard, fruit jam forest or apricot), tart, yoghurt (flavours of your choice), rusks with jam, fruit, cold cuts, boiled egg, frankfurters. In each box each person can choose an option for their breakfast (STUNNING IDEA). Parking outside inside the residence, bicycles available for guests, Pet friendly, rides for children. We were welcomed by Gianluca, an exquisite and very kind person. He made us feel at ease straight away. If we return to Umbria, we will definitely return there. I highly recommend this place. I don't have any negative notes, I would be a liar to include any. Congratulations and thank you for everything, you made our Christmas magical. See you soon!

Ci siamo fermati solo 3 notti per il mercato delle Gaite( fantastico) Posizione strategica, 3 minuti a piedi dal borgo, 5 dal centro storico... Stanze grandi e pulite, bellissimo parco per gli ospiti e piscina per rigeneratsi dopo il viaggio e le gite. Personale cortese ed attento Grazie!
