Travelodge should promote only the amenities they offer, rather than listing features that are not available. I felt misled by the booking experience. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed there was no air conditioning and that we would need to use a fan instead—something that was not mentioned on the website. I felt that my time and money were wasted, especially as I experienced back pain throughout my stay. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying at Travelodge to anyone.
