The restaurant even prepared flowers and cakes as a surprise on the morning of my birthday. It was so nice to have such a feeling while traveling in a foreign country. In addition, for the local souvenirs I want to buy, the front desk will help contact me to see if the store is open or make a reservation at the restaurant. In fact, it should be a super five-star service. 3. Room facilities: clean, comfortable, quiet This must be the best recommended hotel for traveling to Istanbul!

The hotel is quite old, and the owner is very nice. There is an occasional power outage, which makes it feel like a vampire. When you go out, you are in an old building. There is a bit of a traffic jam because it is so close to Galata Tower.

The location is very good. It is next to Independence Street and less than 50 meters from the subway station exit. There are many delicious restaurants and cafes around. You can visit Istanbul's landmark Galata Tower in less than 10 minutes' walk.

This hotel is just perfect. In the last 4 months I have visited Istanbul 3 times and I can say: “This hotel was by far the best hotel during this time.” Probably even one of the most charming hotels I would ever visit. Super easy to reach and just perfectly located in the middle of Taxim, right on the small cable car that connects Karakoy with Taxim and from where you can get everywhere. Fantastic location for a city trip. The staff is super accommodating and right from the start they want to give the guest the absolute best out of everything to get a vacation. Be it like mine In the case of a free upgrade which we got and could enjoy an even nicer room or through the free wifi reception that they give to guests who don't have a flat rate on their way through the whole city through a mobile wifi station. So that the guest comes through Istanbul and with him the whole time Internet is connected. Something that I have never been offered in any other hotel. The laundry service in the hotel was also great, everything is really taken care of here. A list of great spots and restaurants for local specialties is available and the guys at reception are there for guests 24/7. Thank you for this great experience.

The front desk service is warm and responsible. The breakfast is also good, with a lot of fruit, and the dining area also has a sea view. The location of the hotel is excellent and can be rated as 10. It is very close to the main attractions. The 50 Euro cruise ship recommended by the hotel is worth the money and the cost-effective Hengwei. It's a pity that the room and the shower are a bit small. After staying for three nights, for some reason, the sanitation staff didn't come on the third day. Overall, I am satisfied and can recommend it.

The location is very good. The surrounding area feels very prosperous and safe. The hotel can also borrow umbrellas and Wi-Fi. It is definitely not a luxury hotel but the experience is very good. Highly recommended
