The very big impediment of this trip is the communication barrier.. No English speaking staff. We were left on our own to figure out a lot of things. It was extremely hot. Not even a fan was provided. we were told to open the windows if it is hot inside. Need to have our own rented vehicle to move around. Location is quiet and nice. We liked the location and the tranquility it provided to us. We stayed in one bedroom unit. Unit is spacious and nice but the bathroom need an urgent renovation.

It took forever to check into this resort. We stayed there ONLY 1 night because there was no air conditioning or Internet in our room. Rooms were very hot at 30 degrees Celsius. No screens on windows let in insects when we tried to cool the room. Some people at this resort were nice. Others were very rude! :( Again, we checked out of this resort after only 1 night!!!! :( I would not recommend staying there! :(

26 SEPTEMBER 2023 I have never seen such nonsense. Come from outside Ankara, the facility is closed in the evening. 😡 We own a timeshare. The facility closes at 8. Last year it closed at 10pm. It gets worse every year. Don't ever come here. My rights are forbidden, my shame. Nursing homes are no different from recreational facilities.

Akropol Tesisleri gerçekten beklentimin çok üzerindeydi.. personel nazik ve iletişimi açık insanlardı.. özellikle Duygu Hanım ve Emre Bey konusunda çok uzman kişilerde ve her türlü kolaylığı bize sağladılar... Telsiz her türlü yaş grubuna hitap edebilir durumdaydı... Temizlik güzeldi.. restauranttaki pideler harikaydı... Şifalanmak için çok doğru bir adres... Ben tavsiye ederim...
