Best hotel for stat. Food was also fabulous. staff is co operative. Location is easy to find. Thank you

No water heater available this difficulty in cold days, also restrictions were imposed on bringing food from outside

An extra ₹500 was charged at the hotel check-out, stating that it was for early check-in charges, which was absolutely not fair

No Hot water in evening, And I have already asked Hotel staff that Can they provide breakfast at 7 AM on 17th Nov at telephonic call and at time they said yes so I booked hotel room with Breakfast included but on 22nd Nov when I reached hotel and asked them to provide it they told restaurant will be open at 7 and breakfast will be served at 7:30 but at 7:45 I haven't received my breakfast as well as money. so I checked out due to urgent work. 2nd thing: Hotel bathroom is so small at you can raise your hands. 3rd : I especially asked hotel to provide noise free room but received exactly opposite of that. Please don't waste your money by booking here. There towel and bedsheets have foul smell and towels have large holes also.

The location is good and the hospitality is nice. Wifi is not working and also there is no hot water for bathing. The room is clean and neat but the service is not upto the mark. Overall decent stay for day or two not longer.

Blanket and bad-sheets are very dirty, smelling like a dead rat, very difficult to sleep. Cleanineness is zero. Food was below average. I will never come again.

Food quality is very poor. Ambiance n staff presentation is very poor. Pl do not suggest this hotel to others.

Room service is excellent and ambience also very nice very clean rooms the hotel foods are also good

Full of foul smell from the toilet. Though they cleaned it after making a complaint, it wasn’t fit for stay. They denied to change the room. We were to leave early morning and requested during check-in itself for hot water. But, no hot water was available till we left the hotel at 6am.
