The place is absolutely beautiful—a peaceful coffee shop right by the lake, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the view. The ambiance is serene and refreshing, making it a hidden gem for anyone who loves nature and good coffee. A special mention to Mr. Rajesh Sir and Ashmita for their warm welcome and exceptional hospitality—they truly make you feel at home. Ajab, Yogesh, Pukhraj, Shravan, and Mahinder are all incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring every guest has a comfortable and memorable experience. And of course, Umar deserves a big shoutout—he’s an amazing barista! His coffee is simply outstanding, crafted with care and full of flavor. You can really tell he takes pride in what he does. Overall, the combination of stunning surroundings, great coffee, and such a wonderful, welcoming team makes this place truly special. Highly recommended! ☕

Ming dynasty: It was intimate family dinner, pre birthday celebration also & had an cousin from abroad.. food and ambience as always perfect but this review is specially for staff Mr Akhilesh Soni Ms.shuvani Ms.sarina.. Old palace with good ambience. Room was okay. House keeping and service was excellent. Food quality was decent. Staff very courteous. Especially, Preeti and Twinkle at reception are doing great job ! They took utmost care to comfort us even after check out, when my train was late and we had to wait. Shivani at restaurant was also doing fabulous job . Such employees are adding value to the hotel. Would love to come again !
