The staff’s priority at this hotel is not guest comfort or service, rather it is only to maximise revenue. Even though we checked-in around 11 pm, four different staff members kept repetitively insisting to order room service as it was already late. Even after conveying that no food is required, they kept insisting. Instead if they had focused on having clean rooms with a working AC would have been better appreciated, especially since it was a late-night check-in. Broken, non-working remote of the AC was definitely not appreciated at that hour. Further, even though the DND feature was switched on, the staff was continuously ringing the doorbell from 6.30 am the next morning. Clear indication that there’s no respect for guest comfort and preference!
