"the room was not sufficiently airy, plus water seepage and dampness. ac wasn't working but that was ok. restaurant was very good. check in /check out not very smooth. checkout we wanted to extend by 2-3 hrs and as per the notice written on every door says pay 100 extra per hour. we called and confirmed that is the case. when the shift changed and different people came to the reception, they refused and said we need to pay half days rental. we stayed for 3-4 days, referred 8-10 people who came with us and their team haggling for every little thing felt really odd. . you can get more better oyo rooms for that price."
