The room is lovely colour and joyful. The hotel is close the the city centre and a walkable distance to the beach. There are some view from the hotel to the beach l. Lovely hotel.

We had amazing experience with Mercure hotels before, as we stayed in Marseille and other cities. But Biarritz Mercure President was perfection choice. We loved the hotel hall, tasty water for guests, nice elevators, we loved our spacious family room with amazing coastal design, great bed and fantastic set of pillows, nuxe refilled products. Good shower flow, good toilet function and nice a/c. We had all we need like safe, kettle, iron, laundry service, ready to help reception. Special thanks for nice breakfast space with terrace and various continental breakfast. Also it’s perfect option for those who rent a car there is indigo parking in few steps, and free parking 500 m walk, as you prefer.

Great location. Trip and the hotel didn't warn us that a bank card was required as a deposit. They refused to accept cash, but luckily I had a friend nearby who provided his card. Otherwise, it's unclear how I would have checked in without a card. The street is noisy in the evenings; cafes and restaurants stay open late. And they were repairing the roof of Galeries Lafayette in the morning, which was also very noisy. Overall, I'm happy with my stay, thank you.

The hotel is well located. Very clean and comfortable. Close to the beaches. Delighted with the services offered. I really enjoyed the breakfasts.
