J’ai choisi cet hôtel notamment parce qu’une salle de sport était annoncée parmi les équipements disponibles sur Trip.com, avec des photos de cet espace. J’avais donc réservé en tenant compte de cette prestation et prévu ma tenue de sport afin de pouvoir en profiter.
Or, à mon arrivée, j’ai appris que cette salle de sport n’existait plus. Après vérification, elle est pourtant toujours présentée comme un équipement de l’hôtel sur Trip.com, avec des photos, et apparaît également sur leur site internet.
Par ailleurs, j’ai rencontré plusieurs problèmes concernant ma chambre : la propreté n’est pas satisfaisante et la chasse d’eau des toilettes fonctionne très mal.
Un séjour qui devait être romantique et détente sans les soucis du quotidien est devenue un peu un moment à résoudre des problèmes qu’on ne voulait pas avoir…

The service was super good and professional, very nice! There is a parking just next to the Hotel, perfect if you travel with car. One improvement they could do is put up better blackout curtains/blinds. In our room it was not dark until sunset.

The room was very small for 2 people (closed size) and the sea view was very limited. I had to pay an extra 50 Euros/day for a more decent room.

Charming hotel in a lovely area. There was so much to do within a 3-10 minute walk of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, fresh food market, beach, etc.
The room was very comfortable for 3 people. The bathroom was quite large with a nice shower. AC was a bonus, as was the mini fridge. Comfortable beds. Very clean.
Staff were very friendly and helpful in multiple languages.
If you have mobility issues, know that you cannot drive up to the entrance. And the elevator is really tiny so we mostly used stairs.
Parking is about a 4 minute walk with lots of stairs, and getting to the parking garage is a bit of an adventure. (Many streets in Biarritz are pedestrian only,) it’s also paid parking, with was rather expensive.
If you can avoid a car in Biarritz, I would. It’s a very walkable place.
