Very warm welcome to the residence, the residence is well maintained and the apartments are comfortable and clean. The quality/price ratio is excellent in March. Finally, the city of Biarritz is a very nice discovery, we will certainly come back.

Great. The staff were welcoming, courteous and professional. The apartment was very clean and freshly renovated. Everything there for a weeks stay. Perfect location close to centre ville, buses, beach etc

This property is well located in a quaint neighborhood, with boulangerie, charcuteries, supermarket, restaurants etc. It is also a 5-minute walk to the beach. It is really designed as a place to stay for a week in Biarritz. The kitchen is well equipped. I had a studio apartment with sofa bed. There were no instructions on what to do, but I eventually worked it out. You had to clean the apartment before you left (which was no problem for me). Laundry was good. Wi-Fi ok

Missing or broken things in the room, noisy, smelly, and check out process not convenient- not a box to drop the keys and it was closed so we gave the keys to the person to be in the reception but it’s been 2 days and no invoice yet - scared they will overcharge

This property was one of the coolest stays. Breakfasts were incredible - which is included - some of the best. Properly was quiet, great views, relaxing, everything we wanted. Staff were incredible, not one bad thing about our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone!
