Very close to the bus and train stations. The rooms are clean, the bathroom is very small but functional. The staff is good.

The personel were very friendly but the room was very little and there were not much amenities

The hotel was incredibly noisy, making it impossible to sleep at night. People were talking and even partying in the hallway very late.

Warm comfortable and clean, I had a good nights sleep there. On the minus the room is a bit dated, noise from outside and other peoples room was audible

Terrible place. Tiny room. Noisy place. Smell of tobacco inside. Planes overhead. Constant appearance of dirt in the room (blanket, sheets, pillow) and in the common areas. The room door and window didn't close properly; in winter, it must be extremely cold inside. Very expensive price for the location and room. Plus local (survival) fees. At 6:00 a.m., the alarm went off for about 15 minutes. Lack of staff. Health authorities should take a look at this place. I'll never go back.

The staff was super friendly. The budget hotel is ok for one night solo traveler or for a short stay when having a long drive. Good parking.

Functional, everything needed avaliable

Excellent hotel, recently renovated; I recommend going there with friends.

The place was extremely dirty and smelled terrible. There were tons of spiders and insects. I sincerely regret booking this accommodation. I strongly advise against staying there.

Small room with a tiny bathroom. Difficult to move around inside. I do not recommend this hotel.

Clean and well located, right next to the bus station and local buses. Good value for money.

As for the location, it's more of a stopover hotel. The price is decent, and it's quite far from the center, but the advantage is that the bus stop is literally 10 steps away 🥹. Another advantage is that the Flexibus stop is right across the street. Now, if you're trying to take the Flexibus to be centrally located, it's not central at all. The disadvantage is that it's far away, and the bus takes around 10 minutes or less, depending on where you get off. If you plan on changing buses, as we did, it took us about 45 minutes to an hour 🤣, so it's a long walk. But for the price, it was okay. And we booked it a week in advance. I only recommend it if you're just going to sleep there and for a few days. If you're looking to relax, the rooms are very dark 😅.

A disgrace… for the price of a night. Okay, it's a Première Classe hotel in Biarritz… you don't expect much… but a little renovation wouldn't hurt!

Breakfast was very meager for the price, and they ran out of bread and orange juice at 8:30 am. The staff was unfriendly. The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired.
