"When booking, I asked for a quiet room away from the elevator. They gave me a room right next to the elevator, above a bar with live music until 11 PM. It's impossible to stay in the room. I wanted to get some sleep, but it looks like I'll be staying up really late! The receptionist offered earplugs! Terrible! There's no room service. Ordering food in your room is impossible! Terrible service! I hope I never come back here again!"

"Our choice was almost random. Everything turned out as promised in the description, from the welcome to the welcome drink, to the truly beautiful accommodation equipped with every comfort, with unexpected details. A delicious and abundant aperitif served in the suite, with an excellent house wine. The breakfast was also good, complete with everything, sweet and savory, and brought at the requested time. The owners are very kind. We will gladly return to pamper ourselves on the next occasion. Thank you and see you soon, Leo and Sophy."

"We started our honeymoon at Relais Sant’Elena in Bibbona, and it was absolutely perfect. Everyone who worked there was so kind and accommodating, and it truly set the tone for the rest of our trip. The property is incredibly relaxing, and the food was outstanding. Everything served is local to the estate or region, and you can really taste the care that goes into every dish. Breakfast was one of the highlights. I had read wonderful things about it beforehand, and it exceeded every expectation. You can tell nothing goes to waste and every ingredient is used thoughtfully. Dinner, available only to guests, changes daily and was consistently delicious. Our room, one of the smaller options, was cozy, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, though next time I would love to splurge on a slightly larger one. We purchased several of their products at the end of our stay, including the shampoo and olive oil, and were even gifted their lovely body lotion. From the complimentary aperitivo upon arrival to the tranquil pool with poolside service, every detail felt special. One extra delight was the old mill (visible from the estate) that was within walking distance and open during aperitivo hour — sipping our drinks there with its beautiful views was such a cool plus to the whole experience. We also loved using the bikes to explore the nearby town one morning. Before our stay, the staff was incredibly responsive and offered great recommendations, which made planning so easy. The prices were also very fair for the quality and experience. We did not know much about the Bolgheri region before visiting, but we fell in love with it, especially the wines. I cannot recommend Relais Sant’Elena enough and truly hope to return someday."

"We stayed 5 days with my wife and daughter. I chose this beautiful historic home on the web by chance to welcome us and chocolate us. With regard to Fabio and his wife, that is, we came in from guests and went out from friends. Welcome but never invading, always ready to talk and give advice on where to eat and what to visit without ever missing a shot. The terrace with a wonderful view has made us so much that we have taken typical products and a good bottle of wine and have dinned two-four evenings in this beautiful scenery. We'll be back as soon as possible!"

"Very nice residence, suitable for families with children and/or pets. Some areas and apartments are a bit date, but it's all about to stay, as we have seen. Comfortable car reserved place! We were last week of June, very quiet but some services were not active: the water massage baths, the open bar only 2 hours in the morning, information about the area, bikes and reading not received by the manager. The three-room where we were had very high-risk spaces, but it was very clean and well equipped. I would return to ask for a more comfortable and modern apartment!"

"Delicious modern colored hotel with garden and two terraces a few steps from the sea . Unfaithful cleaning. Breakfast of 5 stars for variety and quality of the food offered . Private parking with basic payment due to the difficulty of finding a place in the area. The staff is all very courtesy and also available with guests at 4 feet !!!! It is really a pet friendly hotel that accepts dogs with a small supplement less than many others. We spent a really pleasant and relaxing holiday and we will surely return !!!"
