The hotel is not far from the coast ( 2 km) on a big property full of trees, flowers, palms,,, Inviting building is encircled ba maniqured garden and there is also the outdoor pool and a sauna cottage. The interior is attractive, with rustical and modern decor. The same goes for the rooms and the breakfast restaurant. My room was spaciopus, with a balkony looking to the garden, bed was super comfortable and location is quiet - birds singing wakes you up....The bathroom amenities are quality natural products - you might wish to buy some as they are for sale. As well as chocolate pralinees- made by awearded hotel chef. The breakfast is buffet style , served in an airy and lightfull restaurant with a big panoramic window and views of the garden.Food is delicious - home made marmalade, bread, sweets, yogurt, local ham, cheese,...There is a big selections of tea and even a detox healthy juice. The personnel was very attentive, helpfull and polite, speaking good English. Parking space is just a few steps away from the hotel entrance.

The hotel, the restaurant are true perfection. More than deserving of one Michelin star. The service was top notch, the food not only beautiful but delicious! This should be on every foddie’s must do list.

Some Michelin star places are very snobby and cold but the staff made this such a wonderful experience. Calm, comfortable and a great place to escape to. The staff in the hotel were so lovely and their friendliness was infectious. The food….well….wonderful. This stay was a treat to ourselves and boy, it delivered. The restaurant staff also were wonderfully welcoming and the chefs taking time to serve some dishes was just the icing on a gorgeously delicious meal. And the gâteau basque for afternoon tea………..❤️

Quel bel endroit pour profiter du soleil du pays basque , nous y étions en complément du diner au restaurant . Tout est parfait ,l'accueil ,les chambres la piscine et l'excellent petit déjeuner . Un sauna et un bain a remous complète l'offre .

Ce n'est pas la première fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel mais cela reste toujours aussi agréable. Niché dans un écrin de verdure, et pourtant facile d'accès puisque proche de l'autoroute, cet hôtel est parfaitement intégré dans la nature. J'avais une chambre "supérieure" avec une vaste terrasse donnant sur la forêt et la piscine. Spacieuse, confortable et avec une décoration qui rappelle le terroir basque et la proximité de l'océan. Une salle salle de bains avec baignoire et vaste douche, ainsi que des WC séparés complétaient le tout. De nombreux rangements sont disponibles. La literie de qualité ainsi qu'un menu oreiller vous assure d'un sommeil reposant si ce n'est, tout de même, le système ventilation du chauffage qui s'avère un peu bruyant. Le petit-déjeuner, sous forme de buffet, sans être pléthorique, en offre pour tous les goûts mais surtout avec des produits faits maison, excellents et de qualité. Dans le jardin, et à disposition gratuitement, se trouve le "cabanon" avec bain nordique et sauna pour récupérer après une montée de la Rhune par exemple. Le personnel est serviable et accueillant. Un parking privé complète les prestations. Je recommande cet hôtel idéal pour un séjour en amoureux.

Cuisine et pâtisserie de haut vol. Très bel hôtel. Extrême gentillesse de l’équipe. Aussi bien au restaurant qu’à l’hôtel Tellement bien que nous y sommes retournés une semaine plus tard. Mais n’y allez pas ! Qu’il reste de la disponibilité pour nous 😂😂😂

El hotel está muy bien y el personal es super amable. Está situado en un entorno muy bonito pero algo alejado.
A pesar del calor, las camas están hechas con un nórdico por lo que, aunque dejes el aire acondicionado puesto toda la noche, en algunos momentos se pasa calor.
Por otro lado, la piscina está muy bien, es pequeña pero suficiente para las personas que estábamos aunque había bastantes mosquitos, que solo los notabas por las picaduras...
El desayuno es muy agradable y todo está muy rico pero nos parece un poco caro.
Aunque el hotel nos ha gustado mucho, creemos que la relación calidad / precio es un poco excesiva.

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. Chambre pas prête à l’heure car « femme de ménage débordée » selon l’hôtesse d’accueil. L’hôtel n’est clairement pas à la hauteur des étoiles qui font la réputation du restaurant. Les photos ne sont pas conformes à la réalité. Les chambres nécessiteraient un gros rafraîchissement par rapport au prix proposé. Forte odeur dérangeante d’huile essentielle dans la chambre. La salle de bain des années 80’ ressemble à une salle de bain de maisons de retraite médicalisée. Absolument aucun charme. Manque général de professionnalisme du personnel. Aucune attention portée à la clientèle très décevant.

Hôtel très agréable, dans un environnement superbe et très calme. Les chambres sont de belles tailles, avec un balcon donnant sur la piscine. Les petites attentions sont agréables, notamment plusieurs oreillers au choix. L’espace bain nordique-sauna est un plus ainsi que la piscine chauffée. Un bémol pour le petit déjeuner composé de bons produits mais pour le prix on voudrait plus de choix.
