Spent a very comfortable night here in April. Room was a good size, with a bath and shower and a very large balcony space overlooking the village. Even though we were right above the dining rooms, any noise (lots of Easter Sunday diners) wasn't apparent once the door was shut. The beds were super comfy, we slept very well. Breakfast was varied and tasty and the hosts and staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent base for exploring this region of the Black Forest.

Als Vielreisender bewerte ich die Inhaberfamilie und die Mitarbeiter-/innen als ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer war sauber, ordentlich eingerichtet, hatte Flair und einen schönen Holzbalkon. Die hauseigene Saunalandschaft ist neu, tadellos ordentlich und bietet mehr als man erwarten würde. Dazu wird in den Zimmern eine Filztasche mit Bademänteln und Handtüchern bereit gestellt. Man merkt, das der Gast hier im Mittelpunkt steht! Das Restaurant hat eine abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte mit leckeren Speisen zu angemessenen Preisen. Der Übernachtungspreis ist, gemessen an allen Leistungen, sehr moderat und fair kalkuliert. Dieses Haus hinterläßt bei mir einen bleibenden und positiven Eindruck! Kritik? Die Matratze ist erstaunlich fest und somit nicht unbedingt mein Favorit, weil ich generell lieber weich liege. Aber jeder Gast hat hier seine eigenen Vorstellungen…

Gemoedelijk familiehotel met uitstekend restaurant. Locatie is centraal gelegen nabij Elzach alwaar winkels, station etc. zijn. Gastvrouw en heer (tevens de chef-kok) zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam bij vragen en of advies over mogelijkheden in de omgeving van het Zwarte Woud.(vraag als gast ook naar Gastekarte. Met deze kaart kun je gratis reizen met het OV!). Persoonlijke voorkeur dient rekening te houden zijn de superharde bedden en zeer platte kussens. Helaas is de WIFi zeer slecht en slechts bruikbaar in de late avond of zeer vroege ochtend. Omdat ook 4G zeer wisselvallig is vanwege de ligging van het hotel dient hier wel rekening mee te worden gehouden. Anno 2024 zijn we blijkbaar toch zeer gewend geraakt aan de digitale wereld en was dus hier improviseren.

La localizacion es hermosa, un sitio tranquilo donde desconectar y relajarse. El hotel cuenta con todas las comodidades y extras excelentes, la comida es muy buena y cuentan con productos naturales que tambien pueden adquirirse. El personal es muy amable y servicial, me ayudaron con todo y mas. Sin duda recomiendo este alojamiendo donde te hacen sentir bienvenido y muy comodo. Gracias por todo

Waren letzten Sonntag nach spontanem Entschluss in das Gasthaus Hirschen Dorfmühle in Biederbach gefahren. Hab diesmal ein Cordon Bleue vom Kalb gegessen - was meine Erwartungen voll erfüllt hat. Das Fleisch war sehr zart und saftig und schön mit reichlich Schinken und Käse gefüllt - so wie ich mir das vorstelle. Auch die Beilagen wie Gemüse und Pommes waren sehr lecker und reichlich. Auch die anderen waren mit ihren Essen rundum zufrieden.

Personal muy amable. Habitaciones espaciosas con preciosas vistas. Cenamos en el restaurante del propio hotel, comida auténtica de la zona, delicioso todo. Desayuno incluido. Lugar muy tranquilo donde desconectar y disfrutar del entorno.

Jedesmal ein Vergnügen eine Aufenthalt im Gasthof zu machen. Diesmal tiefes Schlafen dank leisem Geräusch vom Bach. Ausgezeichnetes Essen, von Frühstück bis Abendessen. Aufrecht freundliche Empfang. Und zudem gutes Preis-Qualitäts-Verhältnis.
