"Jordi Made our stay really wonderful. We were close to 50 family members getting together for Christmas and it’s not easy to accommodate such big group of people. We had a lovely Christmas and felt right at home. We definitely talked about coming back next year!!! "We arrived on motorbike for one night mid September and got a warm welcome from one of the super hard working guys that seem to run the bar/restaurant (even tho I spoke no Spanish). Only a 3 bed room was available so it must get pretty booked up. Our room was downstairs at the back of the hotel so super quiet, cool & very clean with bottles of water, quality bedding & towels. Loved the 70s decor! We couldnt get a picture on the TV but this wasnt a problem for us. We got the last table in the bar to eat as they had a large party of walkers, the place had a lively atmosphere and food was great. I could believe breakfast was included in the price, a croissant, ham roll, bottle of orange juice and coffee :) It was all fantastic value and we hope to return!"

"Location is great. Customer service is just absolutely terrible. Accidentally booked our stay for 2025, realized immediately and tried to cancel. I admit we did not book with free cancellation but given the booking is 370 days away you would have thought a hotel could show some goodwill and issue a refund as they have no rooms available for the same price this year. They have refused to do so at every opportunity. I have been to this hotel before and can say that location is great, however I will refuse to come here again."

"We cannot praise this gem of a hotel enough, especially with the wonderful host Nuri. The hotel is fantastically designed with bohemia designs and baroque details. It could also fit like a retro 1930 jazz building. I have never seen such a beautiful designed building. The entrance, the lounge in it's wood and black and red tones compliment everything. Our room the Robbie Williams is a sumptuous suite, beautiful bed, jacuzzi, waterfall shower and views of the mountains. Breakfast was like an artistic painting, meticulously spread out on a magnificent table. Nuri the host and manager is a credit to the place, she is amazing and so helpful and friendly, we already see her as a friend for life. And we will be back. One of the most beautiful places we have stayed in ever."
