My Great one night stay My stay was short(overnight) so it was important that I got dinner and a good nights rest. The hotel location was perfect. I was able to walk to a local store for dinner items. The room was immaculate and the staff was polite. I would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel to my co-workers and friends.

They took extra steps to make sure our room was free from allergens due to my severe allergies. And they kept checking on us to see if we needed anything during our stay.

Best hotel in the west side of the state Katrina is an absolute amazing manager. She is accommodating to specific needs and makes sure the guests are comfortable and well taken care off. This Hotel offers great amenities and is conveniently located to local restaurants and attractions.

We could not use the elevator (out of order) so our family upstairs, who had a suite, had to come downstairs into our small room. It was a terrible stay. Staff was always hospitable and very apologetic.

Everything was fine except the elevator was out of order. Guests should have been notified before they arrived, and some sort of compensation should have been offered.

Customer service was great! The hotel was clean and we had plenty of towels and supplies in the room. The suite we had was spacious. The only issue was the elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor. I would definitely recommend they stay and wouldn’t mind returning myself.
