I stayed three nights and paid a tiny bit more to have a room with a seating area. The extra space and sofa seating was just what I needed so I could spread my work out. I slept great in the king bed, though I prefer flatter pillows for my petite side-sleeper body. The closet size was fine for one person, maybe two; great to have shelves under it for shoes and other storage. I enjoyed having and used the "bar" sink. The 'fridge and microwave were good size and worked well. Shower had lots of water and good pressure. I loved that I could open the window to allow fresh air (and street noise) in; noise level was fairly low as hotel is located far enough from I-20 to not hear and be awakened by road noise all night. I would definitely stay here again!

There was a toxic odor in the room. It smelled like some petroleum chemical had been spilled. The only thing the staff offered to do was to spray the air with more chemicals to try to cover up the odor. They would not give us another room so we checked out and paid for another hotel room. I didn't want to breathe chemicals all night long. The room had other problems like the microwave was on a high shelf and was not plugged in because the cord was too short to reach the nearest outlet. And there was not a nightstand on one side of the bed, just a small fridge on the floor where there would normally be a nightstand. No lamp or clock or anything. The window blind would not go up. I won't be staying at any subquality inns again.

Clean rooms good beds, small room, window covering wouldn’t open and very little lighting. Large bathroom but narrow single sink. Mediocre breakfast. Ok for just a quick in and out or a single visitor. Good location with a little street noise.

This hotel charges out the wazoo especially when the week begins, because that is when all the oilfield workers come back out to stay for the week, so they raise the prices up for rooms that aren't clean, the floors are filthy, the hot water doesn't hardly work, it's just sad. It's a Wyndham property and if I owned Wyndham, I'd shut them down.

I in general like to stay at this hotel when I stay in Big Spring which is fairly often. I have tried a couple of the others and this is my preferred stay. The beds are nice and the rooms are clean. The property itself could use a little more attention on the inside however in this area it is not always easy to keep everything clean. The service is normally very good and friendly. This visit seemed to find the clerk having a hard day however not rude=. Just a bit curt.

Don’t stay here in the summer if you want to come back to a nice cool room because apparently they turn your ac off during the day while you’re at work. Its awesome working 20 hours in 100+ heat only to come back to your room and it be 80 degrees inside.

Comfortable accommodations with outgoing and friendly staff. Room was a little on the small size but the bed was perfect. Slept like a rock. We enjoyed breakfast burritos and fresh fruit this morning. Front desk staff very helpful in addressing a minor reservation issue (my fault, not theirs). Thank you!
