Merlindale Self-Contained, Two Bed/Two Bath Apt. by River Tweed in Nsa

Had a lovely 3 day stay. This is an old property so even in the hot weather is cool. There was plenty of wood for stove and heating worked well.The welcome basket was fantastic and much appreciated.

Denise is a great host with a lovely comfortable and spacious property. A welcome pack was provided and suggested lots of local places to visit. Fantastic location and views. Only 20 mins away from Peebles and Biggar, both having a great selection of pubs and restaurants. 40 mins from Edinburgh too. Highly recommended. Thanks Denise for a great stay.

Denise is an excellent host. The apartment had everything we needed and as an added bonus there were enough supplies to keep us going for a bit. Would go back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Merlindale. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The setting by the River Tweed is incredibly peaceful and scenic — a perfect place to unwind after days of exploring the area.The space was clean, well maintained, and felt welcoming the moment we arrived. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it especially comfortable, and the self-contained setup was ideal for our stay.The location is great for exploring the surrounding countryside while still feeling tucked away and tranquil. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended.

Fantastic place. Everything you need and nore. Football and table tennis. We had a wonderful stay. Lots of space. Beautiful area. Super quiet. Everything was amazing.

Americans meet Merlindale The grounds were beautiful, and we've never heard birds sing so loudly but it was lovely. The home was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Denise was very accommodating and helpful. It was a very lovely stay for our first visit to the UK We would highly recommend.

beautiful large flat with very welcoming host This is a large flat furnished with everything you need for a holiday. The host is friendly and proactive, and she provides enough food for your first day and first breakfast. The countryside setting is beautiful and extremely quiet. Highly recommended!

Lovely, large apartment great for exploring the Scottish Borders Owner was very helpful when I found myself in need of a doctor. The apartment is incredibly spacious and the welcome basket very generous. In a somewhat isolated area so it was really quiet and peaceful.
