首先需要肯定的是酒店非常用心的對待每一位客人，儘可能的服務每一位旅客。但由於一些因素限制了它的一些東西，比如説畢節是非常涼快的，外面涼風襲人，但是由於酒店內部窗户衹能開一個非常小的縫，導致屋裡很悶。酒店是不限制吸煙的，所以枕頭上有一股陳年老煙垢的味道。大廳旁邊有一個咖啡廳酒店入住的可以享五折優惠。味道還是不錯的，可惜也有很多人抽煙 。酒店錯的位置其實也很不錯的，在南山公園對面離碧陽湖也挺近的。總的來説還是不錯的

整體看起來還是挺乾淨的，但是因為選材比較暗，所以感覺不乾淨
住了一間親子房和一個標間，覺得標間也夠住
早餐也還過得去，該有的都有呢
洗面台的水龍頭有點漏水
老闆服務很好，我帶了小寵物，最後沒有收我的費用，謝謝老闆

- 環境高雅：一進酒店，就能感受到那種獨特的藝術氛圍，裝修現代又有格調 。房間裏智能設備超全，智能馬桶、智能按摩椅，還有智能客控系統，喊一聲“小度小度”就能開關燈、調空調，超酷！床很柔軟舒適，晚上我睡得特別香。房間打掃得一塵不染，細節處盡顯用心。
- 服務貼心：從前台辦理入住時就能感受到熱情，工作人員不僅效率高，還會細心介紹周邊好玩的地方。入住期間，有任何問題都能快速解決。退房時還送了熱好的礦泉水，太暖心啦！
- 早餐豐富：早餐的種類挺多，炒菜、麪食、粥、飲品啥都有，味道也不錯，開啟活力滿滿的一天。

房間乾淨衞生，周邊環境優美，酒店對面就是公園，服務態度特別好，因酒店在馬路邊，本人睡眠淺，晚上都已入睡要求換房間，服務人員立馬給換了一個朝裏的，並且温馨的送了兩幅耳塞，非常感謝！
