The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they even helped carry our luggage to the room. They provided excellent service in English. The room was also very comfortable and clean. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Best hotel I have stayed!!! Thank you very much for every detail specially for the baby. There was a cot, baby bath, all bathroom amenities for the baby and ever to milk heated! We truly appreciate this! Better hotel than 5star hotels in Barcelona, London and Madrid!!! The concierge team were so helpful too :)
