The hotel is located far from the city center. High level of service. We were checked in early, which was nice. Delicious breakfast. Unfortunately, there is no parking. The room is newly renovated, the bed is comfortable. Unfortunately, the window does not open, which is very inconvenient, the room can be stuffy. A large city hotel.

Enjoyed my stay here with Voco in the centre of Bilbao. The staff were friendly and I was well greeted upon arrival for check-in; the facilities were clean, and the room was spacious and exceptional. Ideal for all travellers, I would highly recommend it if you are considering booking a stay here.

Nice hotel, seems quite new and fresh. Our room was quite spacious. All key locations in Bilbao can be reached within 30 minutes walking. The cons- no kettle or fridge in room. The shower is a glass cube in the room, could be uncomfortable for some.

Really this was not a nice hotel. The staff were very ****** and stole money from my bag (90euros) because I checked out late despite being an IZhG member. The hotel also called police to remove me which was a drastic overreaction. Do not stay here with these horrible and ****** staff.

A good choice, this hotel is perfect for safely storing your bags while you head out to explore the city. The historic center is just a 15-minute walk, and museums are about 25 minutes away.
