NH standards, great location, clean with perfect amenities.

The hotel is about 10 minutes from the Guggenheim Museum and another 15 minutes from Mouya Square, the central and modern part of the city. The historic center is another 10 minutes away. Therefore, the location is not the hotel's strong point. The room is comfortable, but the finishes are a bit dated, especially the bathroom. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is generous and varied, both sweet and savory. The staff is helpful and friendly.

They leave a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness, the hairdryer cable is very dirty, some towels are old and frayed...

It is about a 15-minute walk across the river to the Guggenheim Museum. The riverside is a nice place for a stroll and has a nice view. This time I was looking for a room with a bathtub, so I decided on this one. The room was spacious, bright, and clean. I arrived at the hotel around 11:30, but I was able to get into my room even though it was before check-in time, so I was grateful to be able to rest.

Spacious room with good heating, small fridge and safe. Comfortable beds. Clean and large bathroom. Excellent service. Good value for money. Everything was fine.

Hotel with new facilities, clean and attentive staff, the location is not central but within a walk you can reach the places of interest.

The hotel is super well located, the best thing without a doubt is the staff, especially Mercedes. Very complete breakfast and with great schedules. If I had to go back I would repeat.

Отель расположен не самом центре. До музея Гугенхайма пешком минут 10, до старого города 25. В первый день шел сильный дождь и нас протек потолок. Нам сразу поменяли номер, причем на улучшенный. Очень хорошие завтраки.
