The room was a bit old and there was no air conditioning. Parking also cost an extra 200 per night, and Legoland tickets had to be bought separately. The only plus was getting into Legoland half an hour early at 9:30 AM. There are many other hotels in town that offer much better value for money.

The hotel is on the actual Legoland resort, we had the view to the park which wss incredible. Decor is fantastic kids will love it aswell as adults, our room was all lego fun decor, massive room with great amenities. Staff are super helpful & so kind. Breakfast was very good, it can get crowded so go around 8am, there are 2 halls so everyone fits & ample of food. Location fantastic too, near center, Brickhouse & Lalalandia. 10 mims drive from airport.Be warned if you go in the summer rooms that face the park get really hot, there isnt any air con butbthry have fans that helped, at night with fans & windows open we slept superbly. There is a way to make the room cooler check attached photos, after 11am shut all windows & curtains you need to block out the heat, the window when we arrived was hot to touch so imagine.

We booked to stay at the hotel for two nights because we wanted to have the park view from the hotel room. The rooms at this hotel do not come with air con and we so happened to arrive on a warm day. When we entered the room, it was steaming hot. There was a tiny electric fan (as seen in the photo)  in the room but it was  just not enough. We requested at the front desk for additional fans, the staff simply replied without even checking that there were no more additional fans to be provided. When we requested to change to the Castle Hotel, which does have air con rooms, again the staff replied without checking that there were no rooms available there.  The room remained steaming hot even after sun set. We had to sleep with the window and curtains open. And because the day light in summer is very long, we got woken up by the sun around 4am.  The drainage in the shower is really bad. Water took forever to drain.  The experience just ruined our experience at Legoland!!

The LEGOLAND Hotel is connected to LEGOLAND Park by a skybridge, allowing direct access from the hotel and 30-minute early entry. That was a pleasant surprise! Each child's bed comes with a small bag of LEGOs, and every day you can complete tasks and fill out a survey to enter a raffle for a chance to win a LEGO set worth about 80 Danish Krone (DKK), with six options to choose from. Breakfast was good, but dinner must be booked in advance, otherwise you'll be limited to room service. There's a shop right next to reception with park-exclusive LEGO sets, but the selection isn't comprehensive. You can also check out the supermarket at the nearby LEGOLAND Holiday Village or the Hotel LEGOLAND.

There's no air conditioning, so it gets quite stuffy. We had to open the windows and door to cool down. It was already pretty cold when we visited, but our child still woke up sweaty after falling asleep. The room just felt hot.

This was my second stay here. The room itself was still pretty good, though the facilities are a bit dated. The problem was that there was a dirty room service tray with leftover food right outside the door across from mine, and it smelled quite strong. I mentioned it to the front desk, but it wasn't removed. It was only taken away when the room was cleaned the next day. I wasn't too happy about that.
