We booked an executive suite. When we entered the room, the windows were open and it was very cold. I called the front desk and they said they didn't have any protective cream in any of their rooms! At this time I wanted to change hotels, but it was too late so I just made do with it. After taking a shower, I picked up the bath towel and it was smelly. It smelled like a sewer pipe. Can you imagine? Then it's time to blow dry my hair. The cord of the hair dryer is only so long. It's enough to blow the hair on the right side, but you have to squat down to blow the hair on the left side. I give up. That's fine, when I went to bed, who would have thought that I would be woken up several times by the smell, the sanitary napkins in the bedroom had no door, and the smell of sewer kept coming up from his bathroom, it was really speechless, who could have imagined that I would be woken up by the smell, the executive suite was 344 yuan, with such a standard, it will go bankrupt sooner or later, I hope it closes soon!"

The hotel's public areas were clean and tidy, the corridors were quiet, and the elevators ran smoothly. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options. The ingredients were fresh, the food was delicious, and replenishment was timely, satisfying different tastes. The housekeeping staff were very attentive, cleaning promptly and meticulously without disturbing guests' rest. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to transportation by car or public transport. Nearby restaurants and supermarkets are plentiful, so shopping and getting around are no problem. The hotel offers excellent value for money, ranking among the best in its price range, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure vacations. Overall, the service was thoughtful and attentive, the environment comfortable and welcoming, and the facilities complete and easy to use, truly ensuring guests' peace of mind and comfort. I highly recommend it to everyone, and I've already recommended it to friends. I will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity, and I wish the hotel continued success!"
