Best Hotels in Binghamton, United States

I had recently stayed at this hotel with my family for a cheer competition. I thought the staff was friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious. Additionally this hotel was in a perfect location!

Not sure what the negative reviews are about. This is the clear-cut best of any place I've stayed in Binghamton on business over the past few years. Room was updated and clean, bed comfortable, and staff friendly and helpful. It is pretty weak that they still aren't doing regular housekeeping in the summer of 2023. Pandemic is over, let's treat guests right. But the staff working there were great and I'd certainly stay there again.

I have never been disappointed staying in a Microtel and that remains unchanged. Room was up to date and very clean - bed was very comfortable. We did not get a chance to check out the continental breakfast as we left at 4:30 am trying to beat some bad weather - but would definitely stay here again.

It was nice to change the pace a bit and stay in a hotel that felt more like a home.

Friendly and accommodating staff when we had questions, needed toiletries and even gave us cups for our drinks when we had a pizza party! Nice breakfast selection of hot food, pastries, pancake in a minute and fresh fruit/yogurt in a clean dining area and they always had hot coffee and Andes candies for the guests! Nice little gym and warm pool made for some relaxation in our down time!

Cleanliness was not up to par . This is a nice Property but it is not as well managed as it could be . The Toilet under rim was absolutely filthy when we arrived for our 4 day stay . When we brought it to the attention of the very kind young lady at the front desk some other unknown women yelled out of a side office ..”it’s just hard water stains” . Let me say that my Wife was born & raised in the Triple Cities and was a Nurse for 37.5 years . During that time she experienced hard water in Vestal, Endwell & Endicott but never did she see the black filth that was caked under the inside rim of this toilet . I am not exactly sure who the person was who yelled out of the side office but we certainly considered the response to be extremely rude . Next time perhaps you should consider addressing the concern in person and at least show an interest . When we returned to the property the toilet had been cleaned properly and the dirt was gone . Especially in these times of great concern over infections I would suggest that you take the thorough cleanliness of the Property much more seriously . We would certainly be reluctant to stay here again .

Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. WIFI worked well. Check in was quick and easy. About an hour after checkout I realized I left my smart watch on the counter, so had to run back to hotel. When I arrived, housekeeping was in the room and the watch was no where to be found. I tried to trace with my phone, but couldn't locate. Housekeeping staff and management staff said they would continue to look for it. After an hour driving back towards NYC, I received a call from a staff member who said another housekeeper had found it and they would send back to my home. I was very happy and when I arrived back home, it was waiting for me at my front door. Thank you staff for continuing to find my watch and sending it back to me. I sincerely appreciate the extra attention it was given.
