酒店除了新，其他細節上有待提高。前台的服務意識更是無從談起，態度差，不耐煩，專業性差，感覺根本就沒有接受過培訓，洗衣房衹提供洗衣粉，現在所有的連鎖酒店也不可能提供洗衣粉啊，這一點瞬間酒店檔次就拉開了。下次不會再入住。

新開的，房間內鋪了地毯，寫了標語，煙頭燙壞地毯需要賠我能去理解，水灑在地毯要賠我也能理解，但是我刮完痧不舒服買了瓶紅花油擦後背，擦完拿毛巾擦了一下叫我賠了20… 酒店住過挺多，第一次要毛巾的 😅 反正蠻扯的，可能我孤陋寡聞第一次要賠毛巾…（可以寫清楚弄臟房間內一切都要賠就好了）

據説開業一個多月的酒店，硬件很新，不足的是衞生間裝修不夠人性化，乾濕分離的太遠了，上完廁所需要推門出去洗手，衞生間裏沒有放置衣物的地方，總覺得很彆扭。
第一次碰到酒店半夜三更停電，遇上高温天入住，被熱醒了，插電板需要取下後兩分鐘後再插回才有通電（早上問服務員才知道的），所以房間一直沒有得到電，汗流浹背，真是活久見的一次入住體驗。
早上退房服務員衹做了解釋，説是整條街都斷電了。。。。。。
