The surrounding area looks good，the swimming pool is clean. While inside the room got cockroach and the toilet smells bad sometimes.

A very clean and quiet place that suitable for couples/ family staycation. Will definitely come back again!

New hotel and quite near to ferry terminal. Picked up by staff from ferry terminal. Room looks slightly smaller than it looked in pictures. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food options are quite limited around the hotel so basically you would be eating from the on-site restaurants which are ok.

It was a great experience to celebrate my birthday with them. For a long time, I never felt alone on this kind of days, I was welcomed with genuine and sincere people around with such efforts to make me happy. From the exchange of email with Ms. Paskah to make sure that I'll be accommodated from picking me up to taking note of my requests. To Ms. Jessica, Asep and Mr. Agung who decorated my room as a surprise for my birthday (that was so cute). To Ledy who assisted me from check in to check out and who helped me out to get a Balinese Massage by Wanda. To Bram and Sonia whose been so good, made me feel special on my day, such kind and very hospitable ones. I've been travelling most of the time, and this is the first time I felt at peace and genuinely happy. To realize that life is worth living and the world is beautiful. Thank you so much everyone. That was a day to remember. You touched my heart, and made me believe that gentleness and being sincere still exist.

Booked an all-inclusive package for the hotel and the service was just top notch. 1) Called in advance and had the transfer from ferry to hotel arranged 2) All the staff were super friendly and welcoming, always checking in if we have any requests or needs. 3) Although the hotel is still under construction, all the amenities are working and super new 4) The beach was very clean, beautiful waters 5) we initially were offered only 1 menu for our all inclusive package, after the guest relation officer asked for our feedback and I informed them of the issue, the next meal I was immediately offered and menu with more options. 6) Food was very good! 7) Overall, great 3D2N stay and keep up the good work, hope to see more improvements (more activities)

Food restaurant is really really good , one thing that you keep coming back on there hotel . Stuff are all nice ,helpful and friendly.

I work in the hotel industry in Broome, WA, so I have pretty high standards. The Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay really delivered! Check-in and check-out were incredibly fast—both done in under three minutes. Our Deluxe King Room with a balcony and pool view was immaculate—super clean and absolutely spotless. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing stay. A big shoutout to Agung the housekeeping supervisor. He made us feel so welcome, provided excellent service, and even suggested some fantastic places to visit around Bintan Island. Agung truly represents what great hospitality is all about. If you’re planning a trip to Bintan, I highly recommend staying here!

10 minutes drive from the ferry terminal, very easy to get to Free transport provided to the back. New resort and great amenities, highly recommend

All are good! But only one thing, need to improve meal quality!

Location is good as it is located near to lagoi bay and other location e.g. safari lagoi etc. The cleanliness of hotel room is good. Just that the kids pool cleanliness looks abit cloudy and some tree branches inside the pool. The service of staffs are good and friendly. The facilities of the hotel is good. Just that the kids club floor abit dusty and some toys are spoiled.
