Had a wonderful stay! They have a free shuttle service to and fro BBT ferry terminal, checking was also straight forward and the room/hotel was soooooo beautiful. Side facing the pool gets afternoon sun, direct access to the beach. They were also quite full for the breakfast buffet, but instead of making u wait, the opened up the meeting rooms and set up a second buffet line, excellent use of space and planning! You can also walk to the nearby local resturant/ice cream place, the "shopping plaza" is quite dead but got when u want to take a walk. Also can walk to the lake/reservoir, nice to stroll when the sun is not so hot, it's very beautiful too

Staff is very friendly and helpful. We are here for a relaxing babymoon trip. We are very surprised by the housekeeping team's heart warming and welcome decoration and message during check in to our room. Not forgetting the surprise coconut cake too!! Thanks for making our little getaway before our first baby's arrival a memorable one!

For us the surroundings were perfect as the neighboring Lagoi Plaza gives chance to stroll around and get a feeling of the locals here, especially on weekends. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The beach nearby is a true photo spot for sunsets, a perfect setting. Variety of food and cleanliness were acceptable, as the prices for food and beverages are. The region is known for short stays from Singapore citizens, not for long vacations. We would choose this place again over the more luxurious and more expensive resorts nearby.

Amazing trip. We booked the king ocean room for 2 nights and the service from start to end has been amazing. The hotel facilities are also relatively new and nothing was broken during our stay. The service staff at the two restaurants were especially hospitable and they really made this trip amazing. The hotel has unlimited access to the beach, so we really enjoyed ourselves. Adjacent is also some food shops which open during the weekend. Had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel room was clean and quiet, making it a comfortable place to relax. Service throughout the hotel was great—staff were consistently polite and friendly, always greeting me warmly no matter where I was in the hotel. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of options available, including barista-made coffee, which was a nice touch. The only downside is the surrounding area—there’s not much to do nearby, and even the plaza across at Lagoi had very few shops open. Still, if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing stay with great service, this hotel delivers. Thank you.

Loved the hotel's looks and the clean environment. All the hotel staff were so friendly and approachable. Special mention to the following staff, Aprilia, Ledy and the GRO Team. They arranged the surprise for my spouse. As I have mentioned to them it was his birthday stay. With decor, and a cake... So the thoughts was appreciated 😄 Thank you Team!,,

Four Points by Sheraton Bintan is a beach front resort hotel. Its is relatively new with beautiful pools that have live band singing by the pool in the evening. The hotel room is spacious & clean. We were upgraded to the beach front suite, overlooking the wide sandy beach of Lagoi. We had a very enjoyable 2 nights stay & look forward to returning in the future.

Lovely view, nice pool, great beach front location. It would be nice if there are more sheltered lounge chairs by the pool though.

Convenient location with lagoi bay ( with cafe and food stall, Mustafa Center opening on May) just a few minutes walk if you access from the beach. Hotel staff are friendly. Hotel provide free transport thru and from ferry terminal. Food are decent.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Staff was welcoming and helpful, providing all the necessary information about the hotel amenities and nearby attractions. The hotel also offers pick up and transfer when you arrive and depart from ferry terminal.  The room itself was clean and well-appointed, featuring comfortable bedding and a modern design. The view from my room was a lovely bonus, adding to the overall ambiance of my stay.  One of the highlights was the hotel’s breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of options, from fresh fruits to hot dishes. The location of the hotel was also a plus, there’s  a nearby restaurant.  I would recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The friendly staff and convenient location made my trip a memorable one. I look forward to returning in the future!

The land transfer between Ferry Terminal Lagoi and Sheraton Bintan was a delightful surprise and wasn't expected. It was so tranquil chilling on the sun loungers fronting the man made creek. During peak holiday period, the crowd does get massive. The reception counter was overwhelmed. Luggage drop wasn’t really secure. It is possible to collect another person’s belongings. Suggest to provide key drop counter, for prepaid rooms, guests can drop key without having to join the check-in queue. Owing to the massive crowd, a few unpleasant observations: cockroach were spotted at the sunken bar at El Lagoi Beach Club, guests dining at Aradinda Lounge in swim suit wrapped in towel, which does not seem appropriate, kids wearing slippers in the swimming pool. Appreciate if the hotel staff can tighten up rules & regulations to reduce these unpleasant experiences.
