The environment is great and quiet. The service is good, and all the facilities are new. The breakfast is rich and you can order à la carte. You can enjoy your meal facing the sea. There's a swimming pool, bicycles... and a dedicated shuttle service for pier transfers.

The service was excellent. Rooms were clean and offers fantastic views of the ocean. The restaurant offers nice selection of indonesian and international menu at very reasonable prices. The spa is located at holiday inn and buggy rides are complimentary to get there. Spa was very good. Will return again

I highly recommend for families with toddlers!We had an excellent 3D2N stay and really enjoyed exploring both hotel facilities and trying out the different restaurants. The local food and kid meal is delicious! There was plenty to keep the little ones entertained all the time, while the whole family could relax and enjoy some quality time together. Definitely a great choice for a family staycation!

This garden-style hotel is truly amazing. It's a massive property, with several buildings spread across the grounds. The facilities are excellent, with a gym and pool to cater to different interests. The rooms are spacious, even the double rooms offer plenty of space. The highlight for me was the pool, located right by the sea. You can walk straight to the beach through the pool area – it's incredibly picturesque. The hotel staff were also very friendly and easy to communicate with; English wasn't an issue at all. We stayed at Hotel Indigo Bintan Lagoi Beach for three nights during our honeymoon, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Before our stay, we honestly didn’t have very high expectations based on the photos we saw online. However, when we arrived, we were amazed by how much more beautiful the hotel was in person. The atmosphere, design, pool, beach, and overall scenery were far more impressive than the photos could capture. The restaurant and public areas had quite a few flies. On Trip.com, it was advertised as a sea-view room, but upon arrival, I was initially assigned a garden-view room. It took almost an hour to get it changed to a sea-view room, which was quite a hassle during check-in. Aside from that, everything else was perfect!

This truly lives up to its reputation as Singapore's backyard. I was initially torn between this hotel and the Holiday Inn next door, thinking the Holiday Inn offered better value. But now, after experiencing this place, I have no regrets at all. The hotel is right on a white sandy beach, with incredibly fine sand and gentle, small waves. The shallow water extends far out, making it absolutely perfect for kids. You can watch the sunset to the left of the beach and the sunrise to the right. Both the hotel breakfast and a la carte dining are excellent. After the member discount (20% off), the prices are actually quite reasonable. While it's a bit on the pricey side, compared to dining in Singapore or taking a taxi to an outside seafood restaurant, the taste and quality here are far superior. My only minor complaint is that there are always flies in the outdoor dining area. If you're not into surfing or other water sports, this is the perfect place to just relax and unwind. You can order all sorts of drinks by the pool – roughly 30 RMB per glass – and just sip, swim, and lounge. Time just seems to slow down here.
