The resort is quite peaceful, though there are monkeys that can be noisy in the middle of the night. The ecosystem is wonderful; you might even encounter squirrels on your way to eat. The scenery is beautiful, and it feels very secluded. It's incredibly pleasant.

Beautiful location, comfortable bed. The only negative points are: the water in the toilet didn’t flash properly and in general there are a lot of flies everywhere (maybe more island thing than the property, nevertheless you have them everywhere at the pool/patio etc)

This hotel is perfect for travelers who prefer a quiet environment, close to nature, and simply want to relax at the hotel. The hotel boasts beautiful surroundings and excellent ecology, where you can encounter various small native animals at any time 🐒. The service is top-notch; there are always shuttles available to take you to the restaurants or the beach 🏖️. I especially recommend The Cove restaurant 🍴 next to the beach club. Enjoying delicious food with beautiful scenery on the seaside terrace is truly delightful.

Absolutely — I’d make it warm and genuinely glowing, while still giving the constructive feedback without taking away from the overall experience. My stay at Banyan Tree Bintan was truly wonderful, and honestly, what stood out the most was the service. Every single staff member we encountered was spectacular — warm, genuine, lovely and absolutely top-notch. You can really tell that the team goes the extra mile, and it shows in the little details and the way they genuinely cared for us throughout our stay. The hospitality felt sincere rather than simply being “good service”, and that made such a difference. I would genuinely return to Banyan Tree Bintan because of the people and the level of care we received. If I had to be a little critical, the food was slightly disappointing when compared with the standards I would expect from Banyan Tree. The villas are also starting to feel a little worn in certain areas and could probably use some refreshing. The in-room TV streaming, especially HBO and some of the other services, was also extremely laggy and frustrating at times. That said, these are small things compared to the overall experience. The warmth, attentiveness and genuine care from the staff really made our stay special. Banyan Tree Bintan, you have an amazing team — please take good care of them because they are truly the heart of the resort. We had a beautiful stay, felt very well taken care of, and would absolutely return. ❤️

My parents and I really enjoyed this 2D1N trip at Banyan Tree Bintan ! Great infinity pool villa , spacious and comfortable, great staffs everywhere, special thanks to Sofyan Sir and others who drove the buggy which is so convenient for us! And tree top restaurant staffs are also very friendly and polite ! Thank you all

Stayed for two days, and it was a perfect travel experience. The hotel service was incredibly attentive and warm. It wasn't crowded, the scenery was beautiful, and they offered shuttle service to pick us up and drop us off anywhere we wanted to go. The restaurant food was also delicious. Absolutely fantastic!
