I booked a family room with one queen bed and one single bed. Unfortunately, the bedsheet and towel for the single bed were dirty, and the floor was flooded with water. Since all rooms were fully booked, the hotel was unable to offer us a replacement. As a result, we decided to move to another hotel. It was the worst room experience we've had. However, the hotel itself looked new and was located in a strategic area.

The room was spacious and bright, fairly quiet and clean, but there was no hot water, no elevator, and the hallway was leaking. The location was excellent, with everything you need nearby. There was some noise; the sound of cars on the street was quite clear, but it quieted down late at night.

The location is excellent. Bintulu Market is right across from the hotel, and you can see Wat Chedi Luang (Buddhist temple) to the left of the hotel entrance. Shopping and dining are very convenient nearby. So don't be put off by the low prices; they're very affordable.
