Being the traveler, I think I made the correct decision to choose Promenade Hotel which provided the professional hospitality and service to me. Besides that, the hotel is located in the city centre, so it’s so convenient for me to find restaurants nearby. Strongly recommended.

Stayed for 3 days. Like the clean room, comfortable bed and cold aircond. They do provide me free breakfast with reasonable promotion rate.

Everything was fine. Very comfortable pillow can upgrade in the amenities which look like a budget hotel. Breakfast was okay and the staff are all friendly. Easy check in and check out process. Hassle free.

This was my first stay at Promenade Hotel Bintulu during a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Bintulu town, surrounded by eateries, supermarkets, and convenience stores, making it easy for guests to access anything they need. The room was well-equipped with basic amenities and comfortable throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices and was quite enjoyable. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Decent hotel surrounded by shop lots. No parking provided except open space road side parking. Not convenient. Location wise is good. Price wise is reasonable. Breakfast is not recommended in hotel.
