I had a really good experience staying at Wiwo Hotel. The room clean also la, comfortable and just nice for take rest. If have vacation or any need to stay, boleh la as tempat menginap bcs also include the free breakfast. Staff also friendly and helpful, and the location quite convenient — near food places and shops. Overall okay la, good experience.

I found that this hotel has been operating for a long time. However, the cleanliness of this hotel is well-maintained for the comfort of guests coming here. I stayed in a Premier king room at a very reasonable price. I got a spacious room with space and sofa. As for the room comfort, I am very satisfied. The large king-sized bed made my sleep very comfortable. I stayed here for 3 night. Each day, I returned from the city to find the room had been cleaned and the towels and other items replaced. I am very satisfied. Besides being located in the middle of Bintulu city, there are also plenty of parking spaces

The bath towel got a bad smell even after the house keeping changed it. bidet and toilet flush pump are not working well. The bathroom door is very dirty without proper cleaning. water pressure went low when taking bath. Pillows are too soft hence we are restless well that causes headache. Staff service for breakfast was quite bad, slow service. I strongly don't recommend this hotel despite the location.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. Breakfast was simple but fulfilling — a nice way to start the day without feeling overwhelmed. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine care made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience and definitely a place I would return to.

Very unsatisfactory, The air conditioner is so dusty, The toilet door in the bathroom is detached. The pipe head is loose, The main door near the elevator is dangerous, People can break in because it is not locked properly. Breakfast is not satisfactory, No menu options .Hope someone fixes it

Not all room has fridge, i tried to request but the receptionist said rooms fully booked. They using tissue with tape to cover up battery for their air-conditional remote control. Only washroom and bedside table has additional power outlet, no power outlet nearby room desk. They do provide ala carte breakfast will be my first and last to stay at this hotel.

The channel of TV is very limited, the shower was not warm enough, the facilities were limited too.

Actually, I originally booked a non-smoking room, but the air conditioner was leaking. So they moved us to a smoking room instead, which was really unacceptable. It smelled terrible and the facilities were outdated.
