Close to a lot of places like malls, eateries, beach. Room is just nice for our stay. Nice staffs. Just which they have facilities to warm food eg microwave, at least at the common place

The reception was nice and we loved the basement parking. The room was alright, but I specifically asked for quiet room away from the lift. Instead I was given the room right next to the lift. We can hear people getting off the lift and going to their room, with their luggag rolling. Our room faced the main room and is very noisy. Their pillows suck big time and we didn't get very good sleep here. The breakfast is alright and there is a small gym.

Location convenient, free parking. Refurbished so looks clean and new. Mattress not comfortable.

Overall, my experience at the hotel was excellent. The room was spacious and clean, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable, leading to a very restful sleep. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, making both check-in and check-out smooth. The location is also good, very convenient for getting around. Great value for money overall.

Place is clean and can easily accomodate all my family members of 5 adults for a two bedroom aprtment. Service was good n confirmation was fast n will definitely come bck!

A superb place to stay, recently renovated, design is so artistic and elegant. Breakfast: miderate varieties and tasteful. Located in the heart of Bintulu with shops around.

The facilities and cleanliness were great, which I appreciated. However, there are a few things I'd like to point out. The drain cover in the restroom was open, and I had to close it myself. I tried the complimentary breakfast for two people per night. It was really disappointing. The cereal seemed old, and the spaghetti looked like it was made without any effort. In my opinion, it would be better to either remove the breakfast option entirely or increase the room rate and improve the quality of the breakfast. I felt that the breakfast could really detract from the hotel's image, despite the clean and well-maintained rooms. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

We did not receive any information that the hotel was under renovation, which resulted in many of the hotel's facilities being unavailable. The room smelled damp and some areas were not cleaned
