We did not receive any information that the hotel was under renovation, which resulted in many of the hotel's facilities being unavailable. The room smelled damp and some areas were not cleaned

Really happy with our accommodation! We had a lovely room so close to the beach, and the service was amazing! Would come back!

The room is clean. Neat but the pillow is very soft and my head burried in just one pillow, they shud put at least 1/2 extra pillow if their pillow is very soft. Becaus i need two of their pillow to support my neck. During my stay, the have some renovation work which quite big and messy. Dust is everywhere. Location is very nice and next to the mall. Quit convinient. But not conviniet during night if u craving for food in the night, no nearby stall... parking is secure because using room card to access. Parking is generous enough. Hot water is functioning. And auto check is very easy. Also they staff to help to auto check in. Towel is given at the counter. And the staff is friendly.

So far baguss, yang jaga kaunter so helpful and always answering my calls and my needs. My family have a great time in here. But only if the tv is working properly...

Loved the spacious room size, very clean and comfortable. In addition, the cost of accommodation is also very worthwhile with the services provided.

the hotel staff start their renovations in early morning and make noise sound comes from the drilling thing.

The room that I stayed in on second floor has strong musty smell, most likely either the room is old or its been awhile since there is people staying in there. Service n receptionist is great, room is quite old

Room furnishing broken and the room is not as new as you see from the website photo displayed. Breakfast i highly recommended because they just renovate their restaurant and have quite a lot of choice.

Floor very dusty.. bedsheet got stains. Idk if they change it or not before new guest check in

Stayed for 1 night. Booked studio room. The room was clean but the AC was broken. Had to change room around 10pm as the AC could not be fixed that night. Got another room. The AC was fine but the bed linen was smelly, as if it has never been washed. It stinks. But kudos to the receptionist and technician for the fast action. Appreciate their help as well.

The condition of the place is unsatisfactory, appeared totally opposite from the photos displayed on the website. Toilets smelled of clogged sewage, building is old. Breakfast is the worst, limited choice and food was not topped up once finished. Not recommended at all.
