Small note: As regular guests, we missed the convenient butter machine at breakfast, the "ice cream scoop" was inconvenient, you had to wait longer and the consumption (because there was too much in the scoop) was greater."

"We had one of the apartments on the ground floor. The mattress was past its best. I have never experienced anything so saggy. The room could have been cleaner, especially so simple. The kitchen was so-so, the microwave hadn't been cleaned properly for a while. The rest of the room was fine, apart from the bathroom, which is where you want to clean yourself and feel comfortable. The shower was full of deposits (mold and shower residue). We went to Lidl on the first evening and bought cleaner. It soaked for half an hour and the shower was clean (which is the worst thing about it). So in a nutshell the bathroom and kitchen are now clean. Because we cleaned everything. We didn't have the nerve to keep changing rooms. And it only took a few simple steps to clean everything. I think that's the worst thing. The breakfast in the adjacent hotel was amazing. And the staff were very friendly and really on the ball."

"This is one of the most beautiful hotels I've been in. The location of the hotel really captures the ocean and atmosphere of a small beach town. I went in the winter time so not many travelers and it felt like i was in a book. The breakfast could be much better but otherwise cant complain about much else. The bed is super comfortable as well."

"Great leisure in BinzHotel - very recommendable We were back in BinzHotel and have been able to spend a wonderful holiday. The greatly furnished and very clean rooms always surprise positive. The hotel is super accessible in traffic and is located near the mini-train station from the “Rasenden Roland”. The beach is a kilometre walk away or is available free of charge by the bus, through the shortcut card. The whole team is friendly, hearty and helpful. Breakfast is excellent with a rich choice. The perfect start in the day."
