Good hotel staff service, complete breakfast. The piece was functional, but it had several defects such as a thermopane window with air leaking, the shower seals with fungus, the ceiling and several loose bathroom fixtures. It is suggested that repairs be made, since they are not major and could provide better service.

My worst experience in a hotel!!!!! The receptionist (Sofia) has a stone face… didn’t even great me at all!!! I told her I have a hearing problem and kept telling me something about the WiFi in the room and I wasn’t able to hear and or understand what she was saying. I asked her to repeat it and she kept the voice very low! I asked for a manager and she reply there’s now right now! Sofia is a very rude person and doesn’t belong in the reception desk and so do is the man that was standing next to her!!! Also a man standing next to her identical attitude!!! The room is tiny to say the least! In the bathroom no shampoo, conditioner or any toiletries. Just a liquid soap. No hand towel. Never again staying in IBIS hotels!!! Shame on you!!!

El control remoto del TV no funcionaba porque estaba quebrado. La habitación muy limpia, baño limpio pero sale poca agua en lavamanos.

Pésimo servicio. Me dieron una habitación que tenía una maleta, ropa en los cajones y perfumes; es decir, en uso. Luego fui a comer al restaurant y se demoraron excesivo tiempo en atender y atendían a personas que habían llegado después aun luego de hacer gestos para que me atendieran como correspondía. Los restaurantes son malos y caros. Nada más en Ibis.

El lugar todo bien, la atención de la gran mayoría del equipo muy buena y la comida también estaba bien, pero me es imposible no nombrar la situación vivida al momento de hacer check in, donde la persona de recepción y la supervisora fueron muy descorteses, en especial la supervisora que no saluda, discute y señala que ellos no tienen nada que ver con las reservas vía telefónica porque son extranjeros, siendo que la cadena de hoteles en su origen no es chilena… fue un momento muy desagradable que no dejamos nos arruine la experiencia de nuestro viaje.
