Infelizmente o hotel deixou a desejar nesta minha última estadia. Logo no início quiseram cobrar muito mais pela minha hospedagem do que havia sido cadastrado pela minha reserva on-line. Mesmo eu informando que havia algum engano, não concordaram comigo, afirmando que eu estava errado mesmo eu explicando com calma, e tive que provar usando os dados de e-mail no meu celular, significando que não há comunicação entre o hotel e o sistema on-line de reservas. No banheiro não havia sabonetes suficientes, um dos rolos de papel higiênico parecia ter sido molhado e os lençóis de cama estavam manchados, significando mau processo de lavagem. Para o segundo dia de hospedagem não foi colocado mais papel higiênico no banheiro. O café da manhã estava bom e o jantar também.
