A Beautiful and rare find, in a world of cheap overrated hotel chains, and over charging Airbnb. Simon and Sue the hoist and owners were engaging super helpful and attentive. Stylish, modern and spotless accommodation. More than a home away from home. This is our 4th annual stay. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Probably the best B&B we have ever stayed in. Super clean and modern, excellent breakfast with everything you could ask for. Wonderful hosts couple Simon and Susan who wanted nothing but to make your stay a memorable one. Easy to reach by bus from Liverpool downtown. Quite area with pubs within walking distance. Bed somewhat firm to our Scandinavian backs used to softer type beds.

You won’t find a better place to stay, than 2TheRocklands, in or near Liverpool. Trying to get away, weddings, music , sightseeing or even for business Only a 20 min bus ride, ( ot take ferry, train or drive to centre of Liverpool. ) Owners Simon & Sue was extremely helpful. The inclusive breakfast the best we’ve had in years. The place is spotless, beds comfy, lovely walks near house. Definitely a 10/10 from us on all counts Karen & Peter

Found this place whilst looking for somewhere to stay in the area. We were blown away by the standard of accommodation, which was amazing for the price and which included a seperate lounge area. Simon and Sue were very welcoming and friendly and the breakfasts were excellent. This is a wonderful place to stay and we will definitively book again next year. Many thanks to you both for a great stay.

Just spent a night at 2 The Rocklands, the Wirral. Spotless, beautiful B&B at a very reasonable price. Everything was immaculately presented. Breakfast was 1st class. Simon and Sue could not have done more for us. Ideal venue for getting to the Birkenhead ferries which are only a 10 minute drive away. Will certainly return.

Stayed for a Christening nearby. Sue and Simon were very welcoming and gave us a great deal of local information. The room was immaculate and well provisioned. Breakfast was all you could ask for and more! The whole ambiance was excellent. So friendly and relaxing. Thank you and we will return.

We stayed here overnight before boarding a ferry to Belfast. What an excellent location and the accommodation is superb. Simon & Sue could not do enough for us, they really have thought of everything, such high standards in their beautiful home. We would not stay anywhere else if we are in the area in the future. Simon recommended the nearby Golf Club for our evening meal and it was lovely and within walking distance after our long drive. Breakfast was first class. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing stay here very homely Simon and Susan are very welcoming and so kind and helpful. The room was beautiful,clean and the breakfast was delicious. Great location for the bus to the city and the train station. We will definitely be back.
