Simple and bare bone. What else would you expect? The rooms are quite dim even with lights on. Near metro station so it's convenient.

My stay at the was solid exactly what you’d expect from a reliable chain. The room was clean, straightforward, and ticked all the basic boxes. The atmosphere was no-nonsense, which suited me fine. The staff were competent across the board, but Fahmeeda stood out with her quiet kindness nothing flashy, just a quick smile and a helpful nudge when I needed it. It’s a standard hotel done right, and she added a small but noticeable lift to the experience. I’d stop by again.

We had a lovely welcome from staff. Both the lady on day reception(sorry didn't get her name )when we arrived and later with change over of staff in the evening, especially Geoff the barman . Will definitely go back to this hotel when coming back to Birmingham. There was a party of 12 of us from wales and nothing was to much for them, including security staff.

First time here and overall it’s was disappointing. Standard room which could do with a facelift, rubbish view as always! The duvet stank of someone else’s BO! 🤢 and when the staff said they would change it they never did, so I had to turn it 180 degrees!! Urgh. The food was passable, not the best choices on the menu for main meals and they certainly count the chips before sending them out! Breakfast was poor, usual hot food (sausages were dire) but an extremely basic selection of anything else. Won’t be back here again.

Warm welcoming, comfortable night sleep. Great location, excellent facilities on the plaza. Easy walking distance to the main pubs, clubs, bars and the shopping cenre

Stay here whenever we visit Birmingham. The location is great, the staff are friendly & helpful & the beds are comfy. The hotel is clean & quiet & would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Birmingham. Will definitely be returning soon 😉

Well positioned hotel, 15 minute walk to the canal and Utilita Arena. Parking underneath, £12 for 24 hours.

Nice, clean hotel, friendly staff. Parking underneath was reasonable and hotel is short walk to the area and restaurants. Bit of noise from the road outside but otherwise a very pleasant stay. Good value for money.

A very centrally located hotel with a unique location. Super friendly staff who give the warmest of welcomes. The bed, though comfy, I think needs the mattress changed as it was a little lumpy. Have stayed in many Travelodge hotels and know what to expect and this didn't disappoint.

Great customer service Jeff and Faiyaz there are very good whit me as a customer I travel from Wales to Birmingham every week and stayed in Broadway Plaza Travelodge and the customer service is brilliant. I never have any problems and there was always somebody to talk to a friendly face. Good customer service and a brilliant welcome every time you come through the door smiles all over the face make you feel warm and welcome.

Well, what can I say? Nothing more than the staff is amazing, Juilett and Jeffrey are such a friendly pair. the both of them are true asset to this hotel. I will, without a doubt, be recommending this place to my family friends and colleges. The hotel is spotless and walking distance to night lift and town centre.

I stayed here a couple of days. Clean room and comfortable bed. My experience was made even better by Silvia. What a kind and joyous woman! I needed some help taking my suitcases downstairs and she didn't hesitate to give me a hand. I will definitely be returning.
