We like the stay at the hotel. We can walk to the sight views without any problem. I will recommend my friends to stay here.

My family loved this hotel! It was so near to the train station, practically a 10 minute walk without any effort

No complaints - the hotel is walkable from the New Street Station and the room itself is expected from the crowne plaza chain. Spacious room and generous 2 double beds as standard. Only very minor complaint is that the buffet breakfast could have had a bit more choice with the hot food.

Excellent location near train station with lots of dining options. Parking available at reasonable price.

Found left a cable in my room after checkout. Ask a friend to help me to check at the reception. However just be told there is nothing left. Yes, “no” could save a lot of trouble compared with saying something else like let me check with the cleaner.

one 1 lift for over 14 floors means highly frustrating delays to get to your room (usually there are 3 lifts). For 200 gbp per night this is absolutely shocking. A disgrace.

Great location. Close to the megabus drop off. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Warm atmosphere in the hotel. Birmingham is my least fav city but the hotel made a difference to my experience there.

Furniture and carpets look tired ,TV has no hdmi too old. Breakfast was outstanding Customer service excellent A renovation is needed to justify premium pricing beyond just the brand

Rather close to the city centre with a car park underneath. Nice breakfast. Speedy check-in and cheerful staff both at the reception and the restaurant. All in all an enjoyable stay.
